Halloween to New Years Challange

Well today will be the first day of the Lose 10 pounds from Halloween to New Years challenge. 10 lbs in 2 months is manageable and I know I can do it. My goals are to stay within my calorie ranges even on the weekends. Go to the gym at least 4 days a week and no alcohol! (Except maybe the holidays) This is doable and I will do it.

Starting weight: 158
Goal weight: 148

I will be so happy to get back in the 140's!
