This weeks plan

My goals for this week are to:

Do cardio at least 30 minutes 5 times this week
Do strength 3 times
Stay in calorie range-even on the weekend

I have decided to set weekly goals for myself to keep myself on task. This week they are fairly straight forward just to get me back in the groove.
