time to get back on track

I've been lax the last few months, time to get back on track. Starting today, I'm tracking water, exercise and fruit/veggies. I don't want to be gaining over the holidays so I really need to focus on this. I bought the Spark calendar so I can hang it on the fridge and track on that in addition to on the site. I'm hoping that will help. I also pre-ordered the book and am looking forward to reading that when it comes out.
