Results of my Plan for week 1

Well I did okay my first week back to basics. I logged everything and stayed in all my ranges 4 out of the 7 days which is a good start.

I will continue with this goal as it is one that may need more than a week or two to work on. Especially the weekends!

I will report my results next Sunday!

    Hi, there is not a problem doing week one as long as you need to. I think some people try to move too quickly and don't learn anything. You are the type person who wants to get it right, feel comfortable then add little steps. That is the best way to do it.

    Well we all must start with so called baby steps. This week shoot for 5 out of 7 days. Keep up the good work. emoticon
