Today is the day..... again..

I am starting my lifestyle chages today...
I for some reason have let my health slip and it's time for me to take control once again.. I joined the gym and am going to start counting points again for W.W. I really need to work on getting my 8 glasses of water a day and writing down everything I eat-- :)
