I Am Proud of Me

Saturday, October 31, 2009

My goals for the month of October were to make my second goal of 214.8 pounds.
This meant taking off 6.3 pounds this month. I didn't make it. The month has been a struggle weight wise. My lack of eating contributed to that. I have managed to remove 2.7 pounds. I am proud of me for that.
My second goal was to meet or surpass 1770 fitness minutes. I didn't make that either. As of right now(still have today to go)am at 1400 some odd. I am proud of me because I did that much. Not only that, for the very first time since starting SP, I surpassed my cardio weekly goal. emoticonI am very proud of that.
My third goal I made. I went out and got some pictures around my area. I am so proud of me for that, because the third goal for me was actually the hardest for me to do. Get out and go for a walk in my neighbourhood.
So my goal for November is to continue to move towards my second weight loss goal of 214.8
Secondly, to keep moving on a daily basis whether it be riding my stationary bike or going for a walk or both.

Good for you! You are being a great example to me and others by giving yourself credit for what you've done, being goal-oriented, realistic, flexible, positive, and for monitoring what you do and adjusting as you need. I know the ideas, but it helps me to see you doing them! You should be proud of yourself.

You should be proud. Every pound off is a great accomplishment I think. I believe you can do it. It takes a while to get in the habit of exercise. I just try to add a little more each week. I wish you luck and success with your goals.
