I finally made my first goal - down 60 pounds! That last 5 pounds was really stubborn, I think because I was "relaxing" too much on the weekends. So I'm determined to get tougher. Instead of celebrating this weekend by indulging in my favorite pinot grigio, and then ignoring my meal plans - I intend to celebrate by getting a manicure and pedicure after my Curves workout today!
I'm still a work in progress. According to my BMI, I need to lose another 20 pounds to move out of obesity and be "just overweight." And upon reaching overweight status, I need to lose another 20 pounds in order to be at a healthy weight. Now I need to find out how to edit my goals so that my little turtle will move from 60 to 100 pounds. Should I move on to Stage 4? Or start over? I'm SO confused!
