Flu shot

Bad run Wednesday - time was slower and I could not seem to puch myself to continue running. I did run/walk/run/walk for the regular amount of time. I just didn't feel well (tired, 'aware' of my joints, general yucky feeling) and started wondering if this was because of the flu shot I had that morning. Just then, two MDs started discussing flu shot effects on the radio - lethargy, soreness, feeling icky within a few hours after the injection. Yep, sounds about right. Can't wait to run this weekend! It's gotta be better!
