Gin Miller is kicking my booty

Ok, weather sux lately, rainy and by the time i get home--it's too dark outside to go and walk (which used to be my go-to exercise back 3 years ago when i yet again tried to lose weight). So, i decided to go to another exercise--dusted off my trusty StepReebok bench (which, by the way has been one of the better 35 bucks i ever spent--yes, i bought it used off craigslist!) and dug around to find matching StepReebok DVD. FYI, this is the original step workout and THE BEST. Instructions are completely straight forward, there are no fancy dance steps and it's easy to change intensity. Boy, does Gin Miller kick my ass--i'm sweating by the end of warm-up (!!!) and by the 2/3rds of the workout where there is a pause to take pulse, i'm panting like a dog and my heart rate is going through the roof. So, i stopped at this point, otherwise i'll be so sore, i won't be able to do anything tomorrow. But, again, to extoll the virtues of this workout--it's easy to follow, and once i can easily go from start to finish, i can easily keep my heart rate up by either going up on a bench, or putting on some wrist weights or ankle weights. Last time i didn't bother going up on a step, but added small 1 pound wrist weights, which tightened my arms quite a bit. So, i really need someone to push me to exercise tomorrow. pretty please?........i can keep my calorie count fairly tight, but i can't exercise for the life of me, so pleeese?
