    According to weight watchers I can get 5 cups of the low fat stuff for 1 point. Normally I try not to eat an entire bag, but Monday it was subbing for lunch.

    Sounds like you're listening to your body. You got a little exercise at least. Hope you pick up a little energy. I just got some 100 calorie popcorn. I found that if I got the bigger packs I would eat 2.5 servings or more.
