I have been struggling staying on track since July especially in the food area. So I decided that I would go back to the basics of the Spark program. This worked when I started Spark in April 08, so why not try it again.
My plan is to work on one goal a week or two (if I need the extra help) and each Sunday I will blog on my success of this one goal.
My Goal for the week of October 26,2009 is to log all my food into Spark and stay within my ranges. I'm only tracking the basics (Cals, Carbs, Fat, Protein). Eventually I will add back the others, but I want to make this as simple as possible.
