An early weigh in and a lovely surprise!

I decided to weigh in a day early as we are off on a mini vacation tomorrow showing my son around another university town in the UK. So I decided to weigh in and measure today rather than at 6 am tomorrow in the rush of the departure. I have lost 8.8 pounds in 3 and a half weeks and I am thrilled!

The lovely surprise was my measurements. I have lost 2 inches from my waist, 1 and a half from my hips and a half from each thigh. I have been concentrating on arm for my strength taining and they are down just under half an inch too!! The big win win here is that I've really enjoyed the strength training - it's something new for me and I go up to our bedroom with my dumb bells and enjoy 15 minutes me time. That sure beats eating chocolate, and the results have shown so quickly!

So my message to anyone reading this is, stick with it, track your food and fitness, keep within your calorie range, drink your water, & enjoy life!!

I'm finding SP so motivational that I'm even taking my netbook to the UK with me!!
