I got on the scale last night and for some reason I keep losing and gaining the same 2 lbs. I wish I could get out of this Yo-Yo-Yoing! Not sure why it's hanging on, but it sure seems to like me....Ugh! Maybe I'll lose it before the Wednesday for our BLC Weigh-In...I hope I hope... :)

    I think we are all in the same boat. We all want to be the biggest loser. I know when I keep a food and exercise journal I do a lot better at dropping pounds. When I get lazy any stop my journal the pounds creep back up. Lets do it!!!

    I've been experiencing the same kind of thing. So frustrating! I think for me I need to take a hard look at what I'm doing--or not doing--and make some changes if I'm every going to move on! Hope you figure yours out soon!

    Ha ha -- yeah -- that's brutal -- BRUTAL. I think I did that all last month. Lose 2 ... gain them back ... and all along, staying in my calorie range. I think I've finally broken those two pounds now but I'm sure it won't be the last time. I'm guessing we take 2 steps forward and one back sometimes. Oh well. Life is good as long as the trend is DOWN.
