Well I haven't posted in a couple of days but the weekend gets busy with errands and resting. Saturday I went over my calories because we went out to eat, but it wasn't as bad as it use to be. Sunday I did well with my eating. I just couldn't get myself to move either day. Today I came home for lunch and after eating I was thinking about what all I had to do after work. Instead of sitting here trying to figure out how to get some exercise in I though since I still had some time and it was a beautiful day I would walk back to work from lunch. We live 12 blocks from work so with the walk to work then home after work I got in a little over 1 mile and 30 minutes of exercise. I am just listening to the news and I think they are talking about rain the most part of this week. I think on the nice days I will walk to work if I don't have any appointments after work and then the days I can't walk I will get on the treadmill or the exercise bike. Today I also did very well with my water. I got in over 10 cups of water ( I got in 5 bottles of 16.9 oz) plus one cup of coffee and one diet soda. Sierra Mist has their diet cranberry splash out and that is my all time favorite. I don't feel guilty drinking the one diet soda since I got in so much water. I guess I think of that as my little treat for the day.
Well tomorrow is weigh in and I am actually looking forward to it. I may not have a big loss but I do think I will have a loss. We will see tomorrow!!

Look at you -- great job in revising your plan and thinking of something new to do to get that exercise in. I've been raking leaves and moving at school some to try to get more minutes in!
And you do so good with that water--- I still am happy when I get 4 glasses in but I had 3 days last week with at least 8!! (thanks to your challenge!)
Have a good day...and tiptoe through those raindrops!
