GEARING UP FOR ANOTHER GOOD WEEK

Well I haven't posted in a couple of days but the weekend gets busy with errands and resting. Saturday I went over my calories because we went out to eat, but it wasn't as bad as it use to be. Sunday I did well with my eating. I just couldn't get myself to move either day. Today I came home for lunch and after eating I was thinking about what all I had to do after work. Instead of sitting here trying to figure out how to get some exercise in I though since I still had some time and it was a beautiful day I would walk back to work from lunch. We live 12 blocks from work so with the walk to work then home after work I got in a little over 1 mile and 30 minutes of exercise. I am just listening to the news and I think they are talking about rain the most part of this week. I think on the nice days I will walk to work if I don't have any appointments after work and then the days I can't walk I will get on the treadmill or the exercise bike. Today I also did very well with my water. I got in over 10 cups of water ( I got in 5 bottles of 16.9 oz) plus one cup of coffee and one diet soda. Sierra Mist has their diet cranberry splash out and that is my all time favorite. I don't feel guilty drinking the one diet soda since I got in so much water. I guess I think of that as my little treat for the day.
Well tomorrow is weigh in and I am actually looking forward to it. I may not have a big loss but I do think I will have a loss. We will see tomorrow!!
