Trying to Shock My System.

I tried to stay in the calorie range SP established for me but I could never get into range no matter what I ate.
I am a Type II diabetic so I contacted the ADA and asked what percentage of calories do I need for fats, carbs, and proteins on the ADA 1800 calorie diet.
I took those percentages and set up my ranges for all three. I seem to be accomplishing making my ranges, but still waiting to see if I drop any weight. It's only been a couple of days so I need to be patient for a little while

    You are doing a very good job at trying to get fit and healthy and I am so proud of you!! Just be patient and keep doing what you are doing and you will do just fine!! Remember we slacked off for almost two weeks so it's time we got back on track and we will!!
