I found that since I'm not a big veggie eater, this is a simple way to get in some quick veggies first thing in the morning. Just spray a small fry pan with cooking spray and toss in the veggies! Spray them with a few squirts of "I can't believe it's not butter" and they're good to go!
Yesterday I stopped at the library and found a book that I once saw on the internet called "Never say Diet" about a young gal that lost over 200 pounds, and how she had to change her attitutde first about food and exercise before she finally "got the picture" and suceeded at weight loss. Going to start reading it today!
