What I ate today: Aug. 29th

Ok, biggest problem is meeting my daily goal for calories. It's not that I eat too many, it's that I have a very very hard time eating enough. In fact, if I eat about what I did today, or any more, I feel very nauseated and I get sick very easily.

A few years ago I was in and out of the hospital because I had problems with my stomach, it would stop working correctly and I couldn't digest anything right. I've always had a hard time eating large amounts of'd think I'd be freaking twig size man!

So here's what I ate today:

Breakfast -
Nothing...I can't eat in the morning. I'm going to start trying harder though. Water is about all I can handle in the morning.

Lunch -
1 Bocca burger
1/2 tsp yellow mustard
1/4 cup mandarin oranges

Dinner -
1/2 chicken breast grilled without the nasty skin with lemon juice and pepper
1 small red baby potato grilled with thyme and basil
1 serving baby carrots grilled
1 small slice onion grilled
1/4 cup mandarin oranges

Snack -
1 serving baby carrots
1 tsp italian dressing goal is between 1990 and 2340 calories and I made it all the way to 611. Somebody help me out here. I'm having a really really hard time at meeting these goals. Suggestions?
