I didn't get a chance to come on last night. I worked at the other store yesterday which meant I work the store alone. It was a busy day, I got all of the paperwork caught up for 2 weeks, had customers in, had people coming in with payments and of course the phones ringing! I was so exhausted when I left but my husband and I went grocery shopping and then home to unpack all of it. After we got all of that done, I had a tax client to come in with his quarterly tax reports which made for a long evening. I did get to eat supper around 8 o'clock which is late for me but I did well. I did stay within my calorie range for the day, I only got in 6 cups of water. I was chilled yesterday afternoon so instead of drinking my water I opted for a nice hot cup of coffee : ) I again did not get any workout in. That seems to be my weakness. I have thought about getting up earlier but I am not an early person and so far I have not been able to drag my butt out of bed an earlier than usual. I have to figure out when I can workout and stick to it. Most of the time if I work out as soon as I get home from work, I get it in, but the last two nights it was late when I got home and both nights I had quarterly tax clients that came in. Today will be a little harder with the calories. My husband is taking me to my favorite italian restaurant. My plan is to drink lots of water today so I won't go over board tonight.

    I have set my alarm clock earlier to get up....but I haven't gotten up yet.....
    I have been doing most of my exercise after-work, but I do need to get up earlier I think it would help me feel better..
    I am so tired after-work and don't give it my all....
    But it does sound like you are staying on track with you food, like planning ahead for your dinner plans........

    I'm not a morning exercise person either. But what I have tried to do is get 15-20 min in in the morning - it only requires that I get up 5 min earlier than normal. Now, I do have to rush through some of my other 'stuff' but I set my clothes out the nite b/f (or at least KNOW what I"m wearing) I take my shower after the exercise, get dressed, eat breakfast and still have some puter time before. Some people are 'all or nothing' people when it comes to exercise and I"ve learned - even my short bits are doing me some good....I'm sure I'm not totally at the 'heart healthy' zone of exercising but right now I'm just looking at the losing weight part and then when I get down to a more normal weight I'll work harder on the exercising.(of getting my heart rate up etc.) Now I just want the exercise to burn calories. Hope that makes sense...and there will be those that disagree but its what works for me! Come on I'm still cheering for you.....and now I can EVEN do a leg kick!! WOOHOO I'm quite a sight!! LOL....
