Stresssss=weight gain

I have been terrible. I have so much stress and unhappiness, I find myself only looking forward to eating. I haven't been exercising at all. I haven't weighed myself in weeks. I am mad at myself. I worked so hard to lose what I have, I do NOT want to start gaining it all back.

I need to get back on track and remotivate. help.

    First of all, Jill, take a deep breath and calm down! It sounds like you need to sit down and figure out what you need right NOW to be happy. Just keep in mind that no one and nothing can make you happy and keep you happy except yourself! Set your priorities and stick to them! Remember that YOU are important, too, and you need time for yourself to recharge. Use that "anger" in a constrictive way and do some positive planning and especially exercising - even if it is just walking! Turn the anger into determination to let NOTHING stand in your way!!!

    We are here for you! Don't forget that, either! We're either there now or we've been there in the past; and we all need a helping hand sometimes!
