I will make this quick since I am off to work today...
1 week on flat belly diet - basically eat healthy like I already am but add a mufa (monounsaturated fatty acid) a healthy fat to every meal and a snack - so that is 4 a day. I love it almonds, pb, dark chocolate, avocado all those things that I would sparingly use - but I have to keep it in calorie range. They fill up so there is no hunger between meals but it takes some getting use to by re-figuring my mind with meals.
So the results are: 2 lbs lost - 1 in from waist, 1/2 in from arms, bust, & neck. Same on hips.
I know I have to stay diligent on calories - but I think it is working.
