Keeping Appointments

The rain was pouring down and the wind was really whipping as I made my way from home onto campus this morning for a spinning class at seven. I made an appointment with myself for this class on Friday morning and I didn't let the awful weather dissuade me from getting this cardio workout in.

I'm tracking again, using the food tracker again to plan my daily calories and I track ahead, entering dinner before I eat it. Then I check the report to make sure I have enough protein, to make sure I have enough calcium for the day.
Last night I cut a serving size from a pan of vegetable lasagna, I had tracked it as 1/12 of the pan. That's not a very big serving, but according to the nutritional label, it is considered one serving. I cut the pan in half and then quarters, and then in one quarter, I divided it into thirds. And served out one twelfth and stuck with that. After eating, I left to go and teach a piano student and I'm happy to say I didn't snack on anything when I returned home. I kept my appointment with my food tracker to eat what I had tracked. Now if I can just keep this up..........
