Good for you and your decision to re invent yourself. And good for me too. I am going to go put in a Taebo tape because of you. 2 hints for you. One it is a really good idea to let the students do the walls in your class room. It could be a reward or just take turns. Find out which students would be interested in making a poster or something, which students like to do things alone and which ones do better in groups and keep an eye on progress. They look at what they do and what their friends do more than what you do, and it is one more way for them to accomplish something and self esteem comes from accomplishments and no where else. Also you can still exercise with sore muscles, but it is good to rotate so hang in there. good luck with your new job. I can tell that you are going to be a great teacher. Your students are going to be so lucky to have you. And you are going to inspire them as well without saying a word they will see you loosing weight.

ground turkey is a popular item in my house! Chili is the BEST.. or spaghetti sauce oh and in tacos!! mmm tacos. Great blog! Keep it up! Try a Jillian Michaels DVD too :) I am trying to get back into her workouts and need more motivation, so everyone should do it with me! :) Oh and with your iPod, go to iTunes and search for "Cardio music" or the Biggest Loser soundtrack. You may be able to find an iPod on Craig's List if you have one where you live? You Definitely have a shot this time, lady - Body by YOU! It's the one thing that you can grab by the horns :)
