Oh Kim, you're talking my life here...didn't try so many things because my mind said I couldn't do it, couldn't suceed.

I take you up on your challenge and I'm going to attempt ________ (gotta decide what to attempt!) and will keep you posted on my thoughts, feelings, emotions and results.

We live close to one another; I just joined the Spring Sparkers and belong to the Houston team as well. Wondering if you have a walking buddy or walking schedule. With the better weather coming, I'm excited to walk outdoors and would enjoy having a friend beside me. There's a diabetes walk in The Woodlands ths first Sat in Nov that I plan to walk in...a first for me for sure! I weighed in at 345 this past January and have shed 110 lbs to date, more to come off soon :)

LOL...love your 'endorsement' for the tea...sounds good and you do an awesome job of 'talking' on your video. I'm inspired and encouraged. All the best and hey...yell at me on my SPage or message me here anytime. I'll be adding you as a friend so I can keep you posted as I decide what to attempt that I've always thought I couldn't do...what a blessing you are to challenge us in this way!!! And to think...you FIT in that chair!!! Love it and loving our new way of life :) Kathy
