GETTING RE STARTED

Ok my day ended up being a crazy day. First of all the weather has changed back to drizzly all day and now to a full blown downpour. I think they are saying we will have rain all night. I was later than usual to work this morning and kept really busy. Then we had a customer to come in "just to browse". They came up and asked if they could ask me a few questions which then turned in to a HUGE sale!! Yea me. I was late getting home from work with all of the extra things I had to get done at work before I could come home and I had a lady waiting in my driveway waiting on me. I walked in the door and took care of that business. Since we got home late and my husband not completely over his cold, neither of us felt like cooking. I heated up a Weight Watchers entrée and made a HUGE salad. With my running late I did not get in any workout today BUT I did stay within my calorie range and I have only one more bottle of water to get in which I will get done. In the past I would have been upset that I didn't get my workout in, told myself I didn't get everything in that I was suppose to and probably headed for some junk food. Not tonight. Instead of beating myself up or eating something that I don't need, I am posting in this blog. I know this is only day two, but it's a great day two.

    Great job on Day 2....keep that ONE FOOT in front of another and get a 'chain' of them coming together...more days with good choices than bad (notice I didn't say ALL?) and you'll do fine!! Come on Nola...I'm cheering for ya - and at my age that's not a pretty sight!!

    Keeping busy really helps to distract us from the food!
