So, I made myself get out and exercise today at lunch time and it was great! I am still having a hard time getting up and working out in the morning but I am trying! So, until I can get my morning, I will settle for lunchtime and then a strength training after dinner! emoticon

    Boy I'm with you! I just can't do mornings. I go right after work to the gym because once I go home, I'm in the relaxation mode. It adds an hour on at the end of the day but we just eat supper a little later. Congrats for working out at lunch! If there is a will there IS a way!

    I agree with Ida. If I don't do it in the mornings, I actually have to make myself do it in the evenings.

    What helped me finally get my butt out of bed was my before pics. God, I always thought I was fine, after seeing those pics, I realized that I had really let myself go over the years. So whenever I don't want to get up, I picture the very first pic I took when my journey began.

    You will get the morning going. I do mine in the morning as if I don't I would never get it done.
