Starting over

Monday, October 19, 2009

So, I am restarting my healthy eating plan and my workout plans! I have finally finished everything that I had before and now that I don't have as much to do, I find it harder to "find the time" to workout. Which really means I am lazier now because I am not having to cram my workouts in! I was doing a bootcamp here in Arlington but I have stopped because I was finding that I was absolutely exhausted after getting up at 4:50am every morning so I didn't want to do anything at all in the evening or on the weekends. So, now I am on my own!
I just recently got married and now we are trying to have a baby but I would like to be at my peak physically before then! So, again....I am starting over to begin! emoticon

I have to exercise right after work because once I get home I'm in relaxation mode. You are a nurse, right? At a hospital? Our hospital has a gym. I'm in a clinic so I go to a near by YMCA. I discovered I like to run fairly recently so sometimes I'll do that at home on the weekends. If you have to choose between healthy diet or exercise, make the commitment to exercise first. I'm a firm believer that's what finally broke my chain of yo-yo dieting. I started working out and stuck with it and the eating got easier and easier to handle as I built muscle and stopped obsessing about food. Hang in there! You are a beautiful girl and having a baby is a great goal. I'm an ob/gyn clinic nurse and can testify that being closer to goal from the start reduces heartache later! Stop by my page and visit. I love to blog and I love visitors!!
