Having a hard time getting back on track

So I'm not sick anymore and my back seems to be healed, but I'm having trouble getting back into the good habits. Trying to remember to go back to eating healthy and working out. Though I'm still a little scared to work out full throttle. I really don't want to hurt my back again.

    How about doing back strengthening exercises (like the physical therapy ones...you can find them online) to get you back in the workout mode? I injured mine pretty bad a few times and it seems the better shape I'm in, the stronger my back is and the less pain I have. So that is what motivates me to keep exercising. Good luck! You can do it!!
