End of the year is coming!

So I am looking at the calendar and then looking at my weight and I realize that I need to make some serious changes to my lifestyle! I am going to end this year with a weight gain...again. NO WAY! that can not happen. I will not let it happen. I will work hard at making these changes. so here are my first weeks goals.

Week of 10/18-24

1. My special goal: limit one sweet a day
2. My exercise goal: 30 min of cardio 5/7 days
3. My nutrition goal: Write down all food ate
4. 3 meals and 2 snacks a day
5. water goal: at least 6 cups and 1-3 cups of tea

    Good goals! I try to make my sweets fruit so I get that serving and fewer calories. There was birthday cake this week, though! It does take about a month to build habits so if you start with even 10 to 15 minutes of cardio daily, you will build the habit and end the excuses! It does help.

    Good luck! Don't beat yourself up on the days you don't make your goals - just try again the next day. You CAN succeed!
