I have fallen of the wagon

Friday, October 16, 2009

I'm not sure when it happened. Sometime the beginning of October. I have been busy and pulled in too many directions. Found out last week that I am going to lose the job I hold right now at work and that I have to bid on a new position which also means that I will have to go to midnights or afternoons. I really like the hours I work now. I knew this was coming but I have been living in denial.
I just didn't have time for myself and I have really been affected by the weather this fall. I'm in desperate need of some sunshine. We are suppose to have sun tomorrow but I will not have the opportunity to be outside. I have a vacation day on sunday and it is suppose to warm up so I hope I can get out and enjoy the fall weather.

I know it doesn't mean much to hear other people saying hang in there and it will be alright, but it will get better. Remember that you have a lot of people thinking about you and rooting for you. Keeping you in my prayers.

Hang in there. Stress gets to all of us. I agree with the other comments. Don't give up.

I agree with all the other comments. Pick yourself up, dust yourself off and get back on track. You can do this. I promise the sun will come out someday soon. One thing I do when I get into the moody, grey skies grumpiness is to head out to the Como Conservatory to walk through the gardens, soak up the warmth and enjoy all the green. As for the job...this happened to me a few years ago and a good friend stated that it would all work out. They were right. It was a rocky road for a while but everything did work out. Good luck to you!

OKAY, pull yourself up and get back on the wagon. When I can't go outside I take it inside! Pretend you are a long jumper and start in your living room! I even measure my results. You will get some laughs and some great exercise, too. Don't Give up! Small steps create huge strides! I'll be cheering you on from inside my home. Wanna challenge?

It happens to the best of us. Just pick yourself up and get started, even if it's only a feww minutes a day. I'm rooting for you!
