So I went to the market yesterday and bought some whole flaxseed. I started reading up on it and discovered a lot more than I thought was there. You can use flaxseed at a substitute to eggs or other fat in a recipe, you can process flaxseed in various ways, eating flaxseeds whole will have virtually no affect on your body since you're more likely to pass it along your system without receiving any of the nutritious benefits. Interesting, huh! If anyone has any more information please let me know.
