After weighing in for this week's weight loss challenge between myself, my sister and friend I came out the winner! I have to admit that it really wasn't that hard. It was an effort, I'm not going to lie there, but as long as you have a GOAL in mind, it makes things much easier. I just watched my calories, drank 8 glasses water/day and tried to exercise. Granted I didn't exercise everyday like I should but i did make an effort and did get some in this week.
