Day 1 of the Flat Belly Diet - gonna try to change it up. Been looking at it for a while wondering is it too good to be true
and yes, there is a SP Team for it!
But it is a change to jump start a loss and end a plateau for me. The concept looks good - I like most of the foods - so hey lets get started.
Today is day 1 of the 4 day jump start - I am following meal plans and drinking my sassy water which I kinda like (cucumber, lemon, ginger, mint) tasty, but the ginger is a bit strong but I like it. I love all of those ingredients just haven't quite had them like this.
I gained a lb this week - too much snacking at bedtime after logging in all my food for the day - which was good - but then..... a little turned into too much snack
I am starting fresh with measurements & weigh in. This is the first time I have recorded a gain - I usually just leave it until I lose it again. And the first I have recorded measurements. I didn't measure when first starting SP - too embarrassed and wish I had to really know what I was compared to how I am.
So I am recording before this new phase of eating:
There it is plain as day - will be happy to report losing inches & lbs...
