I lost 10 pounds this week!
So, yeah, came home from Geneva at 175.4, which is where my body seems happy with minimal effort. I went back to the gym. Kept the eating more or less under control.
This morning, on a whim (usual weigh-in is Sunday mornings), I hopped on the scale to see 165.6.
I already know it won't stick. The scale is stupid and my body is uncooperative. Still, if it even bounces up to 174.4 I'll consider it acceptable.
But seriously. WTF is up with the scale and/or my body?
