Ok today i am restarting the 30 day shred by Jillian Michaels, i had started this before but lost motivation and stopped, now i am going to follow thru for the whole 30 days. planning to take it one day at a time and will journal what works to keep me on track and what made me not to work out. hopefully i can challenge myself to do this and stay away from husband's cooking. this last 20 lbs has to go.
