Challenges with my brother

So I got the bright idea the other day to challenge by brother to some crunches. I normally do about 120 a day now so I figured I would do those and do 250 with him, but we were to do them in sets of 50 at a time Ok so by the end of the day we wind up doing 450 . Well the tummy was definitely feeling it.

So today the challenge was 25 crunches followed immediately by 25 four count leg lifts for a total of 250 so it was much harder today but I did it. Plus all other regular exercise I do. Well to say the least I am feeling the burn tonight

I am loving this with new competition we text each other and encourage one another the whole way thru. We both like to egg each other on. The best part is getting to talk to him everyday.

Not sure what the next one will be but I am sure it will be a fun but exhausting one!!!!

    Pam, how cool is that. I just got my sister and brother-in-law who live in Tyler, TX (I'm in Louisiana) to start doing the QFC every day. They have both been pretty sore this week, too. We talk a lot throughout the day, too. Thank goodness we both have unlimited LD calling.

    Now I know where all those fitness minutes are coming from - lol. Keep up the good work.
