I was reading blogs today. I just started with one of my teams reading every blog and came across a really good one about losing 5 pounds a month. If I could lose 5 pounds a month, instead of losing some months and gaining some months, I could reach goal. The realization that it only takes 5 pounds and not 10 or more hit me like a rock. You could have knocked me over with a feather. How could I have not seen that. I am going to continue to read other peoples blogs and see how much helpful information I can get. I have only been reading my friends blogs and I realize now that's not enough. We have to learn more from more people to reach our goals.
