A Little Down, But Not Out!

I woke up early today, and did an hour of cardio before work. It felt GREAT!!

I am kind of disappointed in myself that I didn't get out of bed yesterday morning to workout, and didn't make up for it after work either. At least for me, if I don't get it done in the morning, there's no guarantee I'll be able to work out after work. Not only that, but I went over my range again.

Today was a new day, and I'm in the saddle again. I think I'm in the "danger zone" right now, and really need to work on seeing the bigger picture and taking small steps. I've been focusing on eating well, and exercising at least 300 minutes a week for 8 weeks now. That's a pretty big accomplishment. I'd like to make up my missed 60 minutes from yesterday tomorrow morning, so that I'll still make my goal for the week.

I've put together a motivation collage, and picked a motivational quote as part of the first part of Stage 3. Even after this, I'm having difficulties staying positive and keeping my spirit up. Part of it is probably the rainy weather, the car accident, AND it's TOM. Triple Trouble. Ugh.

    I was doing the same thing so dont be too hard on yourself always remember you got SP to boost your spirits and get you back in gear:) have a wonderful and energetic weekend!! emoticon
