Grateful for a new day

Today is the day for me to stop the pattern of bingeing and restricting. I will follow a modified Greysheet plan and eat ONLY what I have planned. I have entered my food for the day into my nutrition tracker and it is a reasonable amount of food. I pray the God will help me to stay focused on my goal and not deviate from my foodplan today.
