OOPS I did it again...

Over the past week I have noticed that my strength training has gotten easier and so has my bike riding. Today I upped my strength training to 3 sets from 2 sets of ten.
I have been doing 45 minutes a day on my stationary bike for a couple of weeks but not daily like I need to. Last week, I really wanted to make my weekly cardio minutes goal, but I missed a day. What did I do? Well, I changed to doing cardio twice a day for 30 minutes each time. I was short 15 minutes on the week, because I totally forgot about it, not because I couldn't do it.
Years ago I rode my stationary bike for three months daily and was up to well over an hour at a time. I would listen to Enya's Paint the Sky With Stars album and just peddle to the music. I did it when I got home from work at 2:30 in the morning. I found it nice and relaxing and it helped my legs have less pain. At work, I was on my feet a lot and on concrete flooring.
Well this evening I put on that album and started peddling. I made the full hour!! I am feeling great about this!! Woohoo, one more notch in my belt as to my abilities!
There is one slight problem. I do not peddle as fast as I do listening to other music. I try to keep in time to the beat of any music I listen to while peddling.
