Now you've sparked my curiosity... not just for the fat burning but for the kidney and urinary tract benefit. Keep us posted!

Yes! This is awesome! I read a book on fat flushing (fantastic book by the way) and the cran water was suggested. So can I join you?

As long as you are eating healthy balanced meals in addition to this your body will probably love all the extra antioxidants!

Good luck, let us know how it goes!

Never heard of it. Is it good for you?

How long is it permitted to last to be healthy?

    Good Luck on the challenge!!!!

Ok I thought this was going to be some kind of fantastic recipe but no you are going to drink a crap ton of cranberry juice diluted in water! You are going to eat as well I assume? At least your kidneys and urinary tract will be squeeky clean and bacteria free, otherwise I think this is fine if you eat as well. If it is just drinking liquid for a month then I deem this madness!!! Is this your sneaky way of getting out of tracking your food because there won't be any food?! Remember there are no shortcuts and if I had to drink only liquids for a month I would vote for either Beer (one of the major food groups) or Pomegranate Martinis (another major food group). emoticon
