Today, I begin tracking my food again. I had been doing okay on my own. I got down to 147 and was thrilled. But this morning, I was 157. I am going to change my ticker to reflect that and start again. I would like to get down to 145. Even 150 would be fine. I know my eating is the culprit. Mixed with being at a lower weight. Now I have to bring my calories down even more than before because I don't burn as many in my workouts. On the plus side, my endurance and conditioning is way up. My BMI and Body Fat are around 23.3 each. I am benching 75 pounds and leg pressing 200. I have muscle where I never have before. I just have this last layer of fluff that I need to work on. Mostly in my lower stomach and thighs. So, wish me luck as I attempt to refocus.
