Back at it

Today was my first day back into serious training for my half marathon. I started out real strong at the beginning of August and ran a good Cow Chip 5k Labor Day weekend. Then I got lazy during a work trip to Arizona and it has taken me a little bit of time to get back on track. But today is a new week and I'm ready to get in shape to meet my goals!

    That's great! I'm a beginning runner and would love to someday say that I'm training for a half-marathon... but for now, a 5K will have to do.
