I am now back at work and school so I know some days will be hectic but I will stick to the plan I have set. Weekends i will grocery shop and batch cook my meals for the week. Monday- I will be at gym #2(school gym) and will do elliptical and Cardio Kick box class;
Tuesday-I will be at gym #1 (Bally's) and will do strength, elliptical interval
Wednesday I will be at gym #2 ant it will either be hiphop class or treadmill and elliptical depending on the time I get out of class.
Thursday-Gym #1 and will do same as tuesday.
Friday-will be optional. i will either go to the gym or go for a walk outside if the weather is nice out.
My goals for October is to get to the gym 3-4 times a week. Try new classes and to burn 2000-2500 calories a week and of course stay within my calories on spark.
