I bought the flatbelly pocketbook the other day. I am determined that this is the year I will lose the belly fat (20 pounds of it). I want to be thin by next spring! I have been trying for 15 years now, and nothing seems to work, or should I say, I don't work at it hard enough! Yesterday I bought some MUFAs at the grocery store, some extra virgin olive oil and some pesto. The pesto was nasty looking in that jar. But guess what? I liked it! I made a tuna sandwich using a half can of tuna with 1 tablespoon of pesto on two slices of ww bread, and was surprised at how tasty it was! I am going to buy some dark chocolate chips today. I just need to remember to CONTROL my portions!
I also just bought a used treadmill which I have been doing interval training (walk/jog). I really work up a sweat, and I know it will get a lot of use this winter! Last winter I did exercise DVD's but had a hard time "talking" myself into doing them. Walking isn't as bad~ I like to listen to my ipod while on the treadmill and the time goes by faster!
