I'm back on spark people. I have been away for about 3 months and I gained about 4 pounds. I have to get back on track. Not just for me, but for my children and my soon to be grand children. I want to be able to play with them and chase them, but with twin boys, as expected, its going to take a lot of energy, so that means I need to lose a lot of weight. I have 4 month until they are born. I should be able to lose 40 pounds in that amount of time and then another six months or more until they start crawling, so I have to work hard. I need to exercise more than anything. I am not a big eater, I just don't get enough exercise to get my metabolism going.
