have't been tracking much, but i felt much slimmer through most of this week. made the big decision to do homeschooling with my girls ... this should be an adventure. i won't be able to do it without Spark since i know if i don't take care of myself, i won't be able to take care of my kids. having them here will make me able to teach them about exercise and healthy eating, shopping and cooking ... everything i've learned here, i can pass on to them! last november, i never would have thought i could do this, and now i'm pretty comfortable with the idea. hopefully, it'll get us more organized and disciplined in general. here's hoping for a great "school" year!
