Octobers Daily Goals

1. No eating after 9:00 pm
2. Track everything I eat and all exercise
3. Exercise everyday at least 60 mins.
4. Don't stop walking until my pedometer says 10,000 steps. Track
5. Drink 8 glasses of water
6 Study the bible
7. Give Spark love to 3 people
