Just a little bit frustrated
Have sent numerous emails to bonus books, shumsky, sparkpeople technical help,"I've preordered the Spark team" etc and no word on why I am having trouble in ordering my gifts from the Sparkpeople store. The store is not accepting my credit card details, However had no trouble accepting it to buy the book "The Spark". Don't feel happy putting my credit card details out there when there is no response. I sent 5 emails to :Shumsky" but they went to where?. Please someone tell me, where, how, who can let me know what is happening? I think I may not be the only international customer who is having similar problems.
Sorry to moan but it would be good to get this sorted.

    Oh dear - here we go again
    I have sent you an answer by Sparkmail!!
    What I can't understand is why this distributor has so much problem with international orders when I have delt with a lot of US companies and this is the only company to give problems!!
    Maybe they should change their computer program, or make it public that they refuse to handle international orders!!
    It will be sorted - don't panic!! but not over the weekend!!
