I gave myself a new commitment - I joined Curves this week and had my first training on the circuit today - it felt great! 3-4 times a week and I think I'll make it through winter without gaining, as I traditionally do! I also bought some walking videos for those really yucky winter weekends and mornings when I need to get up and get going...
Who knows...maybe by next year, I'll actually talk about the possibility of running...NAH!
