When I began this, I wanted to lose weight but didnt know just how decicated I could be. The tools this place gives me encourages and give me more strength than ever. I thot the food tracker would be a hassle but i think it keeps me honest and responsible. I love it! I look forward to tracking myself daily. Justabout 10lbs less and loving it!!
